Stupid Girl Next Door

i have a classmate working in the opposite office from me. i label her 'classmate' since we're in the same class. but we are not on talking terms. i mean it is obvious that we both aren't making any effort to start off a basic 'Hi/Bye' relationship. however, this 'classmate' here seems to take a particular interest in me. she literally loves to stare at me. and no, i am not referring to the face thing. a long time ago, i have started to realise that there is always an extra pair of eyes staring at me. and no, she does not do the 'stare' thing artfully. in fact, she downright suck at it. today, Miss-I-Love-To-Stare did it again. even in the morning, she wouldn't let me off. fucking hell.
