guess what i did!

i walked from smu to golden mile complex because the weather was nice
....
yes. i'm giving it a few seconds to sink in.
the walk was quite an adventure.
i got a lil sidetracked at haji lane - as usual i started poking around in random shops.
then some angmoh dude came along and almost spoiled my mood.
i was just wandering around when he came up to me and said hi.
figured he wanted directions, but instead his ulterior motive was to ask me out for drinks.
he also asked me *do you know of anything fun to do around here?
what a sleazebag.
cringe.

after haji lane, i wandered through arab street and then saw the beach road sign,
followed the busstops till i reached golden mile.

you can never get lost in this city.
which i think can be either a good thing or a bad thing.

so anyway, i finally reached my destination.
just in time too, because it started to pour while i was crossing the bridge and i had to make a rather unattractive run for it.
